Return unworn, regular-priced merchandise within 30 days — no questions asked. To protect your return eligibility, try shoes on a carpeted surface only: wear marks or excessive creasing void the return. Ship freight prepaid in the original packaging; do not tape up the shoe box. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns; exchanges are fee-free. Every pair is guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship on original soles.

Wrong size? Here's how to exchange.

Mail the shoes back — even if they shipped directly from the manufacturer. Pack them in the original shoe box inside a protective outer box (do not tape the shoe box itself), and include a note with your name, address, phone number, and your replacement choice. Send to:
